Deaf interpreter service launched in Dubai
|
 Dubai, UAE (Kuna): Etisalat has announced the launch of innovative services that are tailored-made for individuals with hearing difficulties. […] Deaf Interpreter Service (DIS) provides video conferencing with a deaf interpreter working as a translator. This solution, using sign language through video calls, is exceptionally effective at hospitals and courts and helps initiate a call from a deaf caller to a second person via video conferencing using an SMS feature during the call, enabling participants to converse using sign language.
