| 16-02-2007 Language barrier delays Turkish Cypriot voting appeal |
 Nicosia, Cyprus (C Mail): The State’s failure to translate court documents into Turkish is delaying legal proceedings in a Supreme Court appeal from Turkish Cypriots demanding their right to vote in parliamentary elections. The 78 Turkish Cypriot appellants, who currently live in the occupied north, are demanding the right to vote for their own Turkish Cypriot deputies in parliament.
