Florida: concern over translators affecting court cases

Florida, USA (Sun): The need for interpreters in area courts is growing and raising concerns among some court officials that their use might have a negative impact on justice. […] Court officials say their major concern is maintaining the validity of court proceedings despite language barriers. Court proceedings that involve interpreters are slower, and speech is transmitted minus the emotion of the speaker, officials said.
