  Bilingual juries for Welsh speakers in court rejected
Cardiff, Wales (Post): Defendants will not have the right to have their cases heard by a bilingual jury, the government ruled on Tuesday. Ministers decided the restrictions on who could be selected would outweigh the benefits of having 12 men and women who could speak both English and Welsh.
